One can partake in Tree climbing as a form of recreational or as a functional activity (for tree canopy research or as an arborist) that involves using expensive climbing equiment consisting of ropes, pullys, helmets, harnesses and assending devices. If you goolge a few videos of people actually doing it, you would think that it’s the easiest thing on earth. Let me tell you, that for the first timer, its an energy sapper. Anyway, I managed to get a Level 1 and 2 certification over this weekend and I am extremely glad I did it. To get certified I had to climb a tree beyond a 100ft in height. Here is a photo.
